Dramatic Vision

ECWIT endeavors to:

• Provide a theater experience that is easily accessible to various venues due to minimal props, costumes, etc.
• Expose audiences to dramatic readings of existing texts and original works
• Require audiences to incorporate their imaginations therefore becoming active participants in the storytelling process
• Provide workshop opportunities for participants to take part in dramatic readers theater

About ECWIT

Performing together since 2016, ECWIT has provided numerous theater experiences in diverse venues. 

Our readers theater format requires minimal props, costumes, or sets, making it possible for us to perform our shows in a variety of settings and venues. We have performed on traditional stages, in outdoor settings, in restaurant meeting rooms, in school auditoriums and gymnasiums, in assisted living common spaces, and in library event spaces.

ECWIT members come from varied backgrounds and are adept at engaging the imaginations of their audiences allowing them to become active participants in the storytelling process. We have been commissioned to adapt existing literary works, create original performances, and develop works of historical fiction into shows that entertain, delight, and inform audiences of all ages.
