Commission a Project        

ECWIT regularly receives requests to develop original performances for specific events. Past projects include: 

• book adaptations as part of the Chippewa Valley Book Festival 

• a series of skits from the literary works of Waldemar Ager for a celebration of his influence in Eau Claire, Wisconsin 

• an historical fiction performance for the League of Women Voters in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment 

• a holiday show for the Chippewa Valley Learning in Retirement

• an informative show on consent for a Bolton Refuge House fundraiser

• a Halloween show featuring classic spooky tales and original works for the Heyde Center for the Arts

Our creative process involves many hours of research and customization for audience, venue, and themes. Because we thoroughly enjoy the challenges of playwriting, casting, and directing and because we draw from the expertise of our members, we continually offer high quality shows that bring great value to a diverse audience base.
